Blue Mountain built us a new residence in the Revere community starting in early 2022. It’s a beautiful development with larger lots. I’ve found my new neighbors here to be friendly and welcoming which is great icing on the cake. We moved in Feb 2023. We’ve lived here 9 months now and the house is a pleasure. It is well-built and quiet with no major issues. Roof, HVAC, foundation, drainage, appliances, and glass are all great. The company has responded quickly to resolve the minor issues, and all are under warranty for the first year. The only thing I would improve if I could is the time it takes to get hot water to the kitchen. I suggest a new homeowner arrange for more direct plumbing and a 30 Amp electrical circuit under the sink to provide for instant water heating.
Overall we are extremely pleased with the house, and happy to be living here!
