The location is great. It’s nestled away in a corner of North Natomas right by a shopping center, the airport, a soon to be hospital, and most importantly has easy freeway access.
The customer service here goes above and beyond. Chris and Elise are extremely helpful and will walk you through the entire process of buying your new home. They are extremely knowledgeable on the homes and area. They are some of the kindest people you will meet and are there for you from day one. I was stressed going into buying my first home but they held my hand and guided me all the way through.
The model homes are essentially exactly what yours will look like. The build quality is fantastic! No problems at all so far (knocks on wood). The neighborhood is currently still under construction so it may be a while till it has its own charm. My neighbors are really nice and I feel safe here.
The prices for the homes is excellent. Being in California, especially Sacramento with this housing market, you expect a home to be above a certain price and the Blue Mountain Community homes are well below the average selling prices nearby. You get a real bang for your buck here.
