Let me just say, my wife was in love with the community upon arrival! Amazing location as it pertains to retail stores, dining, banking. I mean every thing is in walking distance almost! Quiet community with good neighborhood amenities. After touring a home with Chris from the office his customer service and expertise was what sealed the deal! He was so knowledgeable of friendly. Not too pushy (which my wife hates) he let us go at our own pace and ask questions as much as we wanted without over pressing us to close. The neighbors I saw seemed lovely. Really looking forward to making this our permanent home in Sacramento. Thank you Chris for your help.
