We bought a Plan B in Nov. 2020 and have been very pleased with it. These are starter homes, not luxury homes, and they are reasonably well built for the price. The builder has been very responsive to the few issues that we’ve had, which is to be expected in any new home. The units are close together with small patios for outdoor space. This is an up and coming area bordering Roseland so there are some issues with unsavory folks occasionally wandering into the subdivision and petty thefts. It would help greatly if lighting in the common areas were improved. Parking is somewhat of an issue as some of the homeowners seem unclear on the purpose of a garage. The HOA has started enforcing the parking rules and we expect this issue to go away soon. All in all, a good value that we expect to appreciate over time.
