Stephanie brings proven leadership and over 25 years of experience working for some of the largest public home builders in the nation. After graduating from UCLA with a degree in economics, she earned her CPA and quickly transitioned into home building. With her strong leadership and finance skills, she has led divisions for Meritage, KB Home, and Ryland in the Bay Area and Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Her greatest passion is creating thoughtful communities.

Through the course of his career as a creative marketer Joe has enjoyed blending his professional talents with personal interests. With over 20 years of experience as a Marketing Director, Project Manager, and Account Manager, Joe has worked in a variety of industries including consumer electronics, home building, and high tech for companies ranging in scope from local to global. He has experience managing both in-house and agency creative teams with strict adherence to schedule and budget. He is a multi-talented marketer with excellent communications skills who works well within a team or as a leader.
