New Model Home Opening Draws Excitement to Parlin Oaks in Galt

On July 27, 2024, Blue Mountain Communities celebrated its grand opening of the Parlin Oaks in Galt, welcoming visitors to explore its model homes. Located southwest of Carillion Boulevard and Walnut Avenue, the community will feature 71 two-story single-family homes and 73 duets upon completion.

Parlin Oaks’ Creekside Collection features single-family homes with 1,434 and 1,512 square feet, each with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Impressive room designs include open concept great rooms and kitchens, lots of storage with pantries and laundry rooms, and primary bedrooms offering privacy and comfort.

Sales Professional, Jill Wallace, noted there has been strong interest in the community, with steady attendance at the opening event, and reported sales prior to opening. She highlighted the prime location near Highway 99, Galt Community Park, and a popular walking trail as key attractions.
