Major Employers Recognize Opportunities by Moving Headquarters to North Natomas Locations

Located in North Sacramento, Natomas has been growing quickly since the mid-1990s. In addition to the Sleep Train Arena project, Natomas is looking forward to welcoming a third building for Health Net – Centene’s Natomas campus. The Fortune 50 company promised to bring 5,000 high-wage employment opportunities to the area and has filled 2,300 of them but plans to build the third building (a five-story addition), which will pair nicely with the two four-story buildings and envisioned courtyard.

Just a few miles from Natomas up I-5 is currently the largest Amazon building in Sacramento, it’s an 850,000-square-foot fulfillment center at Metro Air Park. This building employs more than 2,000 staff members and Amazon is working on a new 1.3 million-square-foot building in the same office park.
