“What will happen to the old Arco Arena site?” is a popular topic of discussion around the Sacramento area. Will it be the new Sacramento Zoo or mixed-use retail/commercial space? Time will tell. Either way, there will be and ongoing need for new homes in Natomas.

Originally ARCO Arena and later Power Balance arena, this stadium was once the home of the Sacramento Kings. It was named the Sleep Train Arena in 2012, when the mattress and bed retail store Sleep Train purchased the naming rights.
