Possibly, and it depends on many factors. State and local offices may or may not be open for business and this impacts permitting. Some counties are requiring job sites to be shut down. Vendors, subcontractors, and our building partners may also be facing delays in their normal operations. However, we will keep you informed about any changes in the schedule.

Yes, Blue Mountain is performing a sanitizing clean in all of its finished homes at the completion of construction, prior to a scheduled Orientation, and again after it and any touchups have been completed. This helps ensure that your new home is delivered to you with the utmost attention to detail.

Yes. Orientations are for Buyers only. We kindly ask that no more than 1-2 listed Buyers attend this event. In order to maintain appropriate social distancing, agents or additional family members are not allowed at this time. We will ensure that only one Representative visits with you in the home during this event (for a total of 3 people in the home at one time max). No exceptions.

Blue Mountain will be performing an abbreviated version of this event. All important information will still be conveyed and discussed! Although you may have had an opportunity to pre-walk (Blue Tape) your home, BMC has also (independently) performed our own Quality Control Inspection in conjunction with existing jurisdictional inspections that are required to ensure your home is safe, functional, and clean.

Blue Mountain does not allow any of its employees to perform any job function if they have a fever or are sick in any way. We ask that if you or another listed Buyer are sick, that you do not attend. If by chance both listed Buyers are sick, a designated replacement needs to be found (by the homeowner). Your agent is typically the next best choice.

This is up to the homeowner’s discretion. Typically trade partners are scheduled to handle any warranty or maintenance issues through our Customer Service department. In non-emergency situations this can be delayed until a more appropriate time. For emergency issues visits can be made by representatives in PPE.
